LaRissa Lawrie  

LaRissa blends strategy, research, and data to create marketing solutions. As a marketing strategist, she leverages customer insights and industry knowledge to build effective campaigns. Before joining Limetree, LaRissa honed her skills in strategic marketing, branding, and research. She excels in developing tailored communication strategies and messages that resonate deeply while being analytically precise. 

At Limetree, LaRissa helps shape the team's marketing strategy, with a focus on data and behavioral insights. Collaborating with business development, creative, and account teams, she creates proposals and presentations that offer comprehensive solutions to contemporary challenges. Her ability to connect with clients and internal stakeholders ensures that marketing strategies align with objectives. 

She is also a Journalism Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Missouri. Her research delves into emerging media trends, misinformation, and health communication, exploring how people process information across different media psychology, media sociology, and public health contexts. This academic background adds depth to her perspective of marketing, equipping her to craft innovative concepts that merge data and behavioral science. 

An advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship, LaRissa is an alumnus of the Stanford D. School University Innovation Fellowship and the Venture for America Fellowship. LaRissa earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication from Wichita State University. Away from her professional commitments, she enjoys kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family.
