Tom Rouse founded Limetree and leads the company’s vision for smarter, science-driven growth.
With more than two decades of experience developing tailored solutions for complex business challenges, Tom has built his career around identifying gaps in traditional approaches and creating innovative strategies that improve engagement and drive business performance.
Under Tom’s leadership, Limetree has developed patented approaches for applying behavioral science to marketing and has earned national recognition for its rapid growth, including consecutive appearances on the Inc. 5000 list.
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Texas and completed executive education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is passionate about youth leadership and supporting organizations that help underserved communities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and taking in some live music whenever he gets the chance.
