Luc Blazejewski
Sr. Manager, Client Growth and Delivery
Luc bridges operational healthcare expertise with Limetree’s behavioral science and analytics capabilities, helping ensure strong alignment between client goals, proposed solutions, and delivered outcomes. His role spans both growth and delivery, reinforcing Limetree’s belief that the strongest partnerships are built when opportunity shaping stays closely connected to execution.
Luc works across the healthcare ecosystem, partnering with providers, health plans, value-based care organizations, and health technology vendors. His background in clinical operations, payer performance, pharmacy operations, and strategic consulting allows him to quickly understand stakeholder pressures and apply Limetree’s methodologies in ways that hold up in real operating environments.
Throughout his career, Luc has led initiatives that recaptured millions in risk revenue, built executive dashboards for Medicare Advantage organizations, guided audit and compliance efforts, and supported primary care practices through value based payment transitions. He has worked with dozens of provider organizations and led quality initiatives that earned national NCQA recognition, consistently translating insight into practical action.
Luc holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh through the Peace Corps Masters International Track, a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Toledo, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kenya and has taught healthcare administration at the university level.
Outside of work, Luc enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He is a self-described lazy gardener who enjoys designing native plant systems that thrive with minimal intervention. You will often find him grilling, working on home projects, fishing, birding, or attempting bonsai. As a recent horological initiate, he appreciates the craftsmanship behind a well-made timepiece.
